Job Description

We've got an exciting opportunity for a Designer to join our award-winning creative team with deep expertise across social – and beyond.

Reporting to the VP Creative, you will focus on a single client within our wide ranging portfolio - a leading social and tech disruptor- who specializes in streaming content.
You are a designer with a strong background in social media platforms, understands the effectiveness of simple design, and has a motion-first approach. A typical day could be designing end cards for a campaign film, developing motion tests for a new template, and editing a simple 15s spot for TikTok. Your portfolio shows impeccable taste, a love for typography, and a motion-forward mindset that makes even your static work feel dynamic and alive.Your passion for social means you have social platform expertise, and experience working within the confines of each platform. You can work within a template, but know when and how to break it while staying within the design system.

Responsibilities:

• Be part of a visual designers and video editors, encouraging a culture of creativity, and professional growth.

• Attend daily/regular reviews with your project team (VP, Creative +) to ensure the work is top-level.

• Attend weekly huddles within the design community, including monthly motion meet-ups.

• Attend monthly meetings with the Creative and Experience Network.

• Present and convey your design ideas to a team, VP of Creative and clients

• Produce high-quality original assets to a brief that are unmatched in originality and execution and adapt existing assets where required.

• Create a range of design solutions - all on brief, in collaboration with the creative leads.

• Tailor assets for multiple social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging and platform-specific.

Qualifications:

• English proficiency.

• 3+ years of professional industry experience.

• Experience within creative / social media agencies.

• Deep understanding of all social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.

• Ability to develop graphics, images, videos, and designs using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design software.

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe CC, Figma, etc.)

• Experience in motion design as well as static formats

• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy; expertise in minimalist design.

• Experience in Google Drive, and an innate curiosity for problem solving in regard to helping optimize workflows.
