JOB SUMMARY
VML Malaysia is seeking a passionate and proactive Designer / Senior Designer to join our creative team. This role is perfect for a budding talent eager to gain hands-on agency experience, translating creative briefs into compelling visual solutions across digital and integrated campaigns.
JOB SCOPE
• Design Asset Creation: Produce a wide range of digital assets (e.g., social media graphics, display banners, website elements, presentations) and support print collateral.
• Concept Support: Contribute to brainstorming, ideation, and visual research for creative campaigns.
• Brand Guardianship: Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Account Managers from concept to delivery.
• File Management: Maintain organized project files and ensure assets are production-ready.
• Continuous Learning: Actively seek to learn new design techniques, software, and industry trends.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Strong Design Fundamentals: Solid concepting abilities, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a foundational understanding of design principles (layout, color, hierarchy, balance, contrast).
• Exceptional Visual Communication: Mastery of graphic design and typography, with the ability to create visually stunning and effective assets across various media.
• Creative & Innovative: Demonstrated ability to generate fresh, innovative, and relevant design concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborative & Agile: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency, work collaboratively, and adapt quickly to evolving project needs and tight deadlines.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to pixel-perfect execution and brand consistency.
• Software Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Portfolio: A strong online portfolio showcasing your best work, design process, and potential
