**DESIGN MANAGER - SUBSTATIONS**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the electrical design engineering team for HV substation projects.
- Review, validate, and approve design deliverables, including single-line diagrams, layouts, schematics, and panel drawings.
- Ensure all design work complies with TB regulations, IEC standards, and project technical requirements.
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and project execution teams to address and resolve design-related matters.
- Develop, refine, and enforce design workflows, engineering standards, and quality control procedures.
- Support project tendering and proposal teams with technical inputs when required.

**Must Have Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

- Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience in design management roles within EPC or utility-based project environments.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, protection schemes, and control system integration.
