This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands‘ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns and augmented reality. Our clients include L'Oreal, Pepsico, eBay, Mammut, and Just Eat Takeaway.

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a fresh-thinking Designer to join the team for a 1 month internship. You’ll help the team build creative ideas for campaigns we’re running and work within many different formats and social platforms, creating global, award winning assets & campaigns. The team combine strategic thinking with design and motion design to deliver world class work. We are looking for creative thinkers who can help shape creative ideas as well as turn them into realities.

You’ll have the chance to not just learn from our team, but also have the opportunity to come up with great ideas and collaborate with the design & creative team on a number of projects and briefs with our incredible clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the team in delivering motion and design projects, collaborating closely with designers, creatives, account managers and art directors

• Produce graphic design work using Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (layouts, social assets, visual adaptations, presentation visuals, etc.)

• Create motion content using Adobe After Effects for branding and creative projects (social assets, campaign animations, simple edits and adaptations)

• Adapt creative concepts across multiple formats and platforms for global campaigns

• Contribute to idea development and help shape the visual direction and campaign look & feel

• Stay up to date with trends and platform best practices, especially for TikTok and Instagram

• Assist the team with taking and interpreting internal and external briefs

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

For this internship, all we ask is that you are/have:

• Keen eye for detail and strong attention to visual consistency

• An excellent showreel / portfolio demonstrating motion and graphic design work

• Basic skills in After Effects (animation fundamentals, keyframes, simple transitions)

• A solid foundation in graphic design, with working knowledge of Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop

• Hardworking, motivated & eager to learn

• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks with care

• An interest in Art Direction
