Why We Need You?
To support the Design / Branding team in producing high-quality visual content for internal and external brand communications. The intern will assist in visual production, branding collateral, and support product marketing initiatives.
What you will be doing?
Brand Identity & Guidelines: Develop and maintain visual assets such as icons, illustrations, and photo treatments that align with Omise’s branding. Ensure consistency in visual tone across all platforms.
Digital Assets: Design marketing materials for social media, newsletters, website banners, UI components, and internal/external presentations.Contribute creatively to campaign visuals and evergreen content.
Print & Merchandise: Create print-ready assets for posters, signage, roll-ups, event backdrops, and branded merchandise as needed for marketing or company events.
Team Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and collaborative design sprints. Support cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, and People Ops with design needs.
Design Operations Support: Help organize and maintain design files or shared libraries, ensuring documentation is clear and reusable across the team.
Feedback & Learning: Accept and iterate on feedback from mentors and team members. Gain exposure to real-world design workflows and improve technical and soft skills through mentorship.
You
Currently studying Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
A developing portfolio that demonstrates creativity, understanding of branding, layout, and digital design work
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop); Figma is a plus
Positive attitude, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Basic understanding of or interest in UX/UI principles
A collaborative, team-player attitude with solid communication and interpersonal skills
English communication skills will be a plus, as the team works in a bilingual environment
Internship Period: 3-6 months
