We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer to join Appnovation’s Go-To-Market (GTM) team — the group behind our global sales pitches, proposals, marketing materials and more.

In this hybrid design and sales-enablement role, you’ll primarily focus on elevating client-facing decks in Google Slides, refining messaging and visuals for sales presentations, and ensuring everything we share is polished, professional, and on-brand. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Marketing, gaining exposure to both the creative and technical sides of how we win work.

In addition to design, you’ll support day-to-day GTM operations — helping with sales processes, CRM updates, asset organization, and other routine tasks that keep our pipeline running smoothly. You’ll become deeply familiar with our sales assets, case studies, and value messaging, helping ensure our materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our broader strategy.

You’ll also help maintain and enhance our design and content libraries — sourcing visuals, case studies, and demo materials in Figma and other platforms — while ensuring brand consistency across everything we produce.

If you enjoy designing for clarity, storytelling, and brand excellence — and you’re curious about how design integrates with sales, consulting, and technical delivery — we’d love to meet you. Experience with or interest in leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and drive innovation is also highly preferred.

This is a co-op opportunity with potential for future full-time roles on our Design or GTM teams.

YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Design and refine sales and proposal decks in Google Slides for client pitches and RFPs.

• Ensure visual consistency across presentations, case studies, and marketing materials.

• Collaborate with GTM, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate ideas and data into clear, compelling visual stories.

• Maintain and organize brand assets, sourcing visuals, videos, and examples from Figma and other repositories.

• Edit and adapt existing materials to match client opportunities and audience needs.

• Contribute to brand storytelling, helping showcase our client work and market expertise.

• Support hybrid responsibilities, including CRM and sales process updates, content tagging, and other operational tasks that help streamline GTM workflows.

• Gain exposure to our consulting and technical teams, ensuring materials reflect accurate solutions, methodologies, and delivery capabilities.

• Support technical processes, ensuring our design and other workflows are efficient and scalable.

• Jump in on other ad hoc needs as our business grows and adapts — with opportunities to support a wide range of initiatives across the company.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Strong design instincts and Google Slides expertise (layout, hierarchy, composition).

• Experience with Figma (for asset management or light editing).

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.

• A sharp eye for detail, layout, and storytelling.

• Interest in how design supports sales and strategy within a consulting environment.

• Comfort with light operational/technical tasks (CRM updates, process workflows, asset management) and willingness to learn basic GTM tools and systems.

• A collaborative, organized, and proactive approach to teamwork.

• Bonus: Curiosity about how AI and new tools can streamline creative work.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

• Currently pursuing a co-op term or looking to complete an internship on your own terms as part of your undergraduate program. A strong interest in business, creative, and technology spaces is highly desirable.

• Have an interest and aptitude in doing graphic design and layout work specifically in Google Slides.

• Experience with creative platforms (ie. Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

• Proficiency with messaging and video conferencing tools (ie. Slack, Google Meet).

• Skill in using advanced search techniques to quickly find relevant information (ie. Google Suite, Gmail).

• Have great instincts on knowing what looks good layout-wise when helping with organizing text and visual assets in a presentation.
