About the Role

We are looking for an outstanding UX designer (design engineer) to join our team. You will play a key role at the intersection of design and front-end engineering, combining aesthetic sensitivity with technical skills to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive user acquisition. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (from marketing to product design) and be responsible for building landing pages while achieving high-quality user interfaces and interaction experiences.

What you'll do:

• Design and develop visually appealing, user-centric marketing websites that align with Meshy's brand identity.

• Create and maintain a comprehensive design system in both website and product to ensure consistent design across all online platforms.

• Work closely with product designers and front-end engineers to ensure a cohesive end-to-end user experience, emphasizing delightful interactions and high-fidelity implementations.

• Create production-ready code while maintaining high standards for performance, accessibility, and responsive design across devices and screen sizes.

What We're looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in web design, familiar with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, with a portfolio website showcasing personal design and front-end development skills.

• Proficient in design systems, style layouts, and responsive design; skilled in design tools such as Tailwind CSS and Figma; knowledgeable about motion design and web accessibility principles.

• Familiar with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React; capable of implementing designs within a code generation environment.

• Excellent cross-functional communication skills; able to collaborate efficiently with marketing, design, and product teams to achieve common goals.

• Passionate about working in a fast-paced environment while continuously growing and striving for excellence.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with 3D graphics (Three.js, WebGL), GLSL shaders, or 3D modeling tools (Blender).

• Familiar with animation JS libraries (such as framer-motion) and understand how to design and implement delightful interface animations.

• Knowledge of on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, structured data, semantic HTML).
