We’re growing quickly and looking for a Design Director to define, elevate, and operationalize the visual language of our brand across every medium. This role is critical to ensuring that every presentation, proposal, and communication—internal or external—reflects Keystone’s excellence and sophistication as we move into our next chapter of growth.
About the Design Director Role
The Design Director will bridge the strategic and the tactical in shaping and deploying Keystone’s visual identity. Responsibilities include refreshing the visual systems that underpin our brand—colors, templates, design standards, and workflows—with the goal of making every brand touchpoint world-class and easily scaled across the organization. You’ll combine creative direction with production art and act as both a strategist and executor.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll serve as brand designer, enabler, tactician, and role model for the organization. You’ll collaborate across teams - from marketing and consulting - and you'll work closely with executive leadership on high profile presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Systems & Foundations
• Refine and maintain Keystone’s brand identity, including logos, typography, color systems, and visual frameworks.
• Evolve and improve design systems to ensure brand consistency across presentations, documents, and digital assets.
• Partner with marketing, operations, client-facing leaders to align creative standards across all communication channels.
Templates & Asset Development
• Redesign and manage PowerPoint and Word templates used across client and internal deliverables.
• Extend Keystone’s visual identity to written materials (reports, proposals, briefs, etc.) with clarity and structure.
Asset Library Management
• Develop and manage a centralized asset library (collateral, logos, diagrams, iconography, photography, and motion graphics).
• Ensure version control, accessibility, and organization-wide adoption of standardized templates.

Production & Presentation Execution
• Oversee the design and production of client presentations and marketing materials, ensuring consistency, clarity, and brand integrity.
• Collaborate with consulting and leadership teams to refine presentations, content assets – such as research briefs and white papers – as well as infographics for narrative impact.
• Manage timelines and workflows to deliver high-quality creative output on schedule.
• Support digital and content marketing initiatives, including website visuals, research publications, and campaign assets.
Creative Leadership
• Mentor junior designers and contractors, ensuring creative alignment across contributors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to extend Keystone’s brand system into new touchpoints, experiences, and media formats.
What You’ll Bring
• 7–10 years of experience in graphic or production design, ideally within creative agency, consulting or professional services experience.
• Expert proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Deep understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy across presentation and document formats.
• Proven experience building enterprise-grade templates and production systems.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong sense of design rigor and brand discipline.
• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and creative automation technologies.
In addition to annual salary, we provide an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual Compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
Annual Salary Range
$140,000—$200,000 USD
