It is currently home to four 5-star hotels, The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort Costa Navarino at Navarino Dunes, W Costa Navarino and Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino at Navarino Bay.
The destination comprises several distinct sites featuring five-star hotels, luxury private residences, a world-class golf experience, and many year-round activities. Navarino Dunes is home to The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino and Costa Navarino Residences. Navarino Bay is the setting for Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Navarino Agora, a curated marketplace. Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.
For our Real Estate BU, we are looking for a talented civil or structural engineer or architect to join our Design Development Team and work on our residences development projects in Costa Navarino, Messinia.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the design and development process across all design stages, including: Briefs and Product formations, Master planning development, Design RFPs, Tender reviews, Concept, Schematic and Final design reviews, Tenders for Construction packages, Construction RFIs, Consultants and Client coordination
• Work towards the design coordination for all residential and mixed-use development projects.
• Adhering to budgets, timelines and aesthetics.
• Communicate with Consultants, Suppliers, and Clients.
• Liaise with internal teams (PMs, procurement, technical department, marketing, sales etc.) in order to collect, process and provide all necessary information to external designers and consultants.
• Review Consultants submissions with critical mind.
• Collaborate with Consultants and ensure deliverables are in accordance with scope, schedule, and company standards.
• Address problems and propose solutions.
• Act upon the best interest of Client/Investor and future Owners.
• Respond to RFIs
• Be up to date with current global design trends, innovative techniques, and materials.
• Produce visualization materials upon request.
• Provide ad hoc support as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field (required).
• Master's Degree (desired).
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in residential projects (development, design and construction).
• Knowledge of Greek building codes and regulatory standards (incl. NOK & KENAK standards).
• Up to speed with market needs and trends.
• Multitasking.
• Familiar with CAD and BIM projects.
• Very good level of English & Greek.
