Your Role at impact.com:

As a Design and Content Associate at PXA, you will play a versatile role in supporting course development and design teams, with tasks ranging from designing thumbnails and infographics using Figma to creating storyboard slides and assisting with writing and editing for courses. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring smooth operations, creating engaging content, and maintaining high-quality standards to drive engagement with our academy. HTML knowledge and understanding of instructional design and LMS’s is beneficial.

What You'll Do:

• Graphic design: Create visually informative content with the help of internal documentation and course content on topics surrounding the industry the company operates in, as well as thumbnails and other small designs for use on PXA’s website.

• Script writing: Assist in writing course video scripts that are informative and engaging with the help of internal documentation and research on various topics in the performance marketing industry.

• Slide design: Create and design engaging storyboard slides for course video creation using Google Slides and storyboarding templates, adhering to our corporate branding guidelines.

• Copywriting and editing: Write and edit content for various purposes, including marketing materials, internal communications, and resources. Ensure all content follows writing guidelines and is clear, concise, and engaging.

• Cross-functional support: Collaborate with different team members to provide support where needed, including administrative tasks, project updates, and other duties as assigned.

What You Have:

• Design aptitude: Graphic design skills using Figma and an aptitude for visual design and slide creation, ensuring visually appealing and professional presentations. Experience with video editing on Premiere Pro is also a bonus.

• Strong writing and editing skills: Proven ability to write clear, engaging, and error-free copy and video scripts, adapting writing style to different purposes and audiences. Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high standards of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

• Effective communication: Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with team members to ensure alignment of messaging and provide updates on tasks.

• Time management and independence: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously using Asana for project management and deliverables.

• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs), Slack, Asana, and Figma.

• Adaptability and learning: A deep desire to learn and grow, staying receptive to feedback and continuously seeking opportunities for self-improvement.
