Commonwealth Medical Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide specialized care to patients with a range of dermatological conditions, ensuring they receive the best treatment available. Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with dermatologic concerns
• Diagnose and treat a variety of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancers
• Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, lesion excisions, and cryotherapy
• Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare providers to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Educate patients on skin care management and treatment options
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in ongoing training and clinic meetings to improve practice and knowledge
Requirements:
• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
• Master's degree in Nursing with a concentration in Adult, Family, or Dermatology Nursing
• Experience in dermatology or related specialty preferred
• Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on dermatological assessment
• Exceptional communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
