本岗位位于成都威斯顿联邦大厦。

• Scope of Responsibility/工作职责：

• 依据公司整体战略，制定年度、季度销售计划，科学分解销售指标并全程监督落地，确保业绩目标达成及超额完成；
• 深度洞察行业动态，精准分析建材家居市场趋势，制定适配市场与客户的精准销售策略；
• 负责展馆整体规划、展位招商方案制定，优化展位业态与产品组合，强化展馆品牌影响力与竞争力；
• 主导核心客户体系搭建，开拓建材家居行业头部企业、品牌客户，维护重点客群长期稳定合作关系；
• 赋能销售团队，针对性指导客户的开发、商务的谈判、签约转化等全流程，持续提升团队整体销售能力；
• 统筹应收账款管理，保障回款效率；维护并完善Salesforce销售管理系统，实现客户资源精细化运营；
• 完成上级交办的其他专项工作；

• 大专及以上学历，5年及以上销售管理相关工作经验，拥有会展行业从业或建材家居行业经验者优先；
• 具备极强抗压能力、高度责任心与团队协作精神，拥有优秀的客户服务意识与业务拓展思维；
• 具备成熟的团队管理能力，擅长团队搭建、人才培养与绩效提升，能带领团队高效达成目标；
• 熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等各类办公软件，具备良好的数据分析与商务呈现能力；
