Overview :
Demonstrate suitable construction products for customers, proactive sampling, speedy complaint resolution, maintaining RCA & Product Application training for customers, maintain customer activity calendar.
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Product demonstration at new & existing customers leading to sales growth
• Conduct Laboratory testing relevant to customer requirement
• Record, analyze, certify and prepare summaries of findings and maintain records of the results.
• Troubleshoot to determine reasons for problems of complaints.
• Provide technical support to customers /contractors on site.
• Provide support to Sales team to conduct product sampling/ demonstration at site.
• Stay abreast of market trends as well as changes in market and competitive landscape and initiate necessary actions
• Capture & share periodic customer feedback on product performance
• Periodic Engage with Sika authorized applicator base
• Technical Product presentation at customer site/ office
• BE / Diploma Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Construction Systems.
