We are seeking an experienced Information Security & SAP S/4HANA ERP candidate to lead our enterprise security initiatives and manage the strategic planning, maintenance, and optimization of our SAP S/4HANA ERP system. This hybrid role requires a strong background in both cybersecurity and enterprise resource planning to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Information Security:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with industry best practices (e.g., ISO 27001).
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and manage incident response efforts.
• Perform regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests.
• Manage identity and access controls across the enterprise including SAP roles and authorizations.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal audit requirements.
• Conduct periodic security awareness and training programs for employees on Cyber security, Patch Management, Phishing etc.
• Evaluate and manage cybersecurity tools such as firewalls, endpoint protection, and DLP.
• Closely work with UK IT team for the implementation of IT practices and ensure that all the guidelines are well executed.
• SAP S/4HANA ERP Management:

• Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and support of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and optimize SAP functionality.
• Manage SAP user roles and authorizations with a focus on security and segregation of duties.
• Lead SAP system upgrades, patches, migrations, and integration projects.
• Coordinate with external consultants and SAP support for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Ensure SAP system performance, availability, and data integrity.
• Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives through SAP capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10~15 years of experience in Information Security and SAP ERP management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR, and ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies and principles.
• Preferable Industry: Automotive industry.
