• Development of software for packaging machines & system integration.
• Skill Required (Must Have):
• PLC programming

Servo/motion programming

HMI programming

• Technical documentation for customer orders as per ISO & CE requirements
• Technical co-ordination and cross functional support on customer project topics.
• Co-ordination with Center of Competence for software configuration and new module developments
• Visit to customer sites for new projects, troubleshooting etc.
• Cost reduction measures in the machines. Preparation and attending internal / external audits.
• Participation in functional and cross functional Continuous improvement initiatives

• B.E. in Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation having 8+ years’ experience in Software development for automated machines
• Domain of Packaging Machines / Special Purpose Machines
• Sound knowledge of PLC and HMI programming for Allen Bradley, Beckhoff
• Programming skills in languages, for example Ladder, STL.
• Software tools Rockwell Studio 5000, Factory talk, Twincat
• Hardware : Allen Bradley, Beckhoff
• Knowledge in SAP & EPLAN is desired.
• Knowledge of SCADA and data acquisition systems is desirable.
• Problem solving skills to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, including gathering and analyzing information, developing alternative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to successfully handle a multi-tasked role.
• Self-motivated, sense of urgency and well organized. Willingness to travel• Must have at least 8+ years’ experience in software development of automated machinery.
