Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager -SAP R/3, S/4HANA Source to Pay - Process Consultant

• Be part of global process expert network to develop, roll-out and support cross-divisional solutions within the Bosch Business Mobility (BBM) Sector with outstanding networking capabilities
• Strive for lean processes and best in class standards and be part of digital transformation for Bosch Mobility including the migration from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4 HANA with key focus on Source to Pay (purchase) process area
• As a member of the Global Process Solution Team you be self-responsible as an expert in an international team, take over responsibility for implementation of your own work packages and lead process improvement activities in BBM area.
• Responsible for handing over the developed solutions to Bosch plants and provide support as an expert in the various phases of the  S/4 project rollout and are also the central contact person for the plants after the projects as a consultant
• Develop and implement suitable process concepts and communication content to provide our customers with targeted information about the corresponding solutions. You are actively involved in strategic BBM projects such as DIF (Design and Build) and DRIVE (Rollout) as S/4 transformation projects
• Resolution of process incidents related to SAP - S2P process area
• Provides knowledge base for problems and support for solution, provide SAP training to users.

• Bachelor degree in any branch of Engineering or MCA or MBA with relevant functional experience as a SAP key user of over 3-5 years
• SAP certification in Materials Management module is preferred 
• At least 3-5 years experience as a key users of SAP, with BBM processes in S2P (purchasing, procurement, transport management) on ERP-systems, deep process knowledge, understanding of customizing and user support and training
• Knowledge of SAP R/3, S/4HANA in Materials Management module (Purchase, Source to Pay processes)
• Basic Knowledge on AI/ML and its application to process areas
