Position Overview
We are looking for a Deputy Business Information Team Lead to support the leadership of our BI team. This role focuses on managing high-value opportunities, driving operational excellence, and ensuring team performance through coaching and process improvements.The role is divided into 70% sales activities and 30% team leadership.
Main Tasks
• Managing large deals and identifying high value sales opportunities
• Coaching and developing members of the BI Sales team to enhance skills and performance
• Maintaining a high client & team satisfaction
• Keeping track of relevant BI KPIs (activity, pipeline, portfolio return, etc.)
• Reporting and Forecasting
• Ensuring compliance with business line policies and procedures
• Accountable for maintaining efficient and reliable departmental workflows
• Operational process improvements and development
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Sales, or related fields
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities
• Ability to manage complex deals and drive operational improvements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Excellent command of German ( C1-C2 level) and English

We offer a gross annual salary of €80,000.00–87,000.00 on a full-time basis ( based on  Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte in Versicherungsunternehmen Innendienst), plus an attractive variable component. We are happy to take your professional qualifications and experience into account when determining your salary.
