Role Overview
We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader to drive our POS deployment and training team. This role will lead end-to-end onboarding, ensure high-quality training delivery, and optimize activation performance across merchants.
Key Responsibility
• Lead and manage a team of Deployment Trainers across regions
• Oversee POS onboarding, training, and activation processes
• Drive standardization of SOPs, training frameworks, and deployment workflows
• Monitor and improve key metrics (activation rate, time-to-go-live, SLA adherence)
• Partner with Ops, Product, and Tech teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Coach and develop team members to ensure consistent performance and quality
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English; (Language Proficiency depending on location)
• Experience in POS, retail tech, fintech, or training/onboarding roles
• 4–7 years of experience in deployment, training, onboarding, or POS/retail/fintech operations
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Data-driven mindset with focus on operational excellence
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
