Job Overview
As a member of Ethicrithm’s Delivery team, the Deployment Strategist is a key player to ensuring the successful adoption and integration of Palantir Foundry within client organizations. They act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives, map those objectives to Palantir Foundry’s capabilities, design solutions, develop comprehensive deployment plans, and lead the implementation of those solutions by our engineers. 

This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, project management skills, and exceptional communication abilities. It's about more than just deploying software; it's about driving transformative change within client organizations that drives value.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Consulting: Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand their business challenges, strategic goals, and data landscape. Conduct workshops and interviews to gather requirements and identify opportunities for Ethicrithm to add value.

Solution Design: Develop tailored deployment strategies that align with client needs and Palantir Foundry’s capabilities. This includes defining use cases, workflows, data integration plans, and success metrics.  Communicate the solution to the engineering team.

Project Planning: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Manage the execution of these plans, ensuring projects are on track and within budget.

Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of solutions within client organizations. This includes communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including technical teams, business users, and executive leadership.

Value Realization: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of deployments and demonstrate the value delivered to clients.

Services Feedback: Gather feedback from clients, communicate it to the Delivery team’s leadership and contribute to improving the delivery of services to clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with other teams across Ethicrithm, such as the Sales team, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technical or science-related field.  Master’s degree is preferred.  

5 to 10 years of experience in consulting, including designing and delivering solutions with

engineers. Experience with designing and delivering data engineering projects is preferred.

Familiarly with data analysis techniques and tools.  Experience with data modeling is preferred.

Experience with Palantir Foundry is preferred.

Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g., SQL, Python) is preferred.

Experience in a specific industry relevant to Ethicrithm’s clients (e.g., finance, healthcare, energy) is preferred.

Formal training or experience in change management methodologies.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Project Management: Proven project management skills, including experience developing and executing project plans.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and address potential roadblocks.

Client-Facing Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Empathy and a desire to understand client needs.

Technical Aptitude: A strong understanding of software and data concepts. While deep coding skills are not be required, an ability to understand technical discussions is essential.
