Job Description
1. Financial Partnership Strategy
Identify, develop, and maintain strategic alliances with banks, fintech companies, and other
financial service providers.
ㆍ Negotiate commercial agreements, including revenue sharing and joint investment models.
ㆍ Create innovative payment solutions such as co-branded credit cards, installment
programs, and digital wallets to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
ㆍ Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and internal risk management policies.
2. Campaign Development & Growth
ㆍ Design co-branded campaigns with financial partners to increase purchase frequency and
retention among existing customers.
ㆍ Build and manage a stratagic annual campaign calendar, aligned with seasonal peaks and
business objectives.
ㆍ Integrate loyalty mechanics, such as point earn/burn, personalized rewards, and tier-based
benefits into campaigns.
ㆍCollaborate with Marketing, Loyalty, and Data teams to track campaign performance and
optimize based on analytics.
3. Fundraising & Co-Funding for Growth
ㆍ Secure external campaign funding from financial partners to support high-impact initiatives
ฺฺิㆍBuild compelling ROI-driven business cases to attract investment and increase partner co-
funding participation.
ㆍDevelop a structured framework for funding allocation and monitoring fund usage for
measurable results.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
ㆍ Define and track partnership KPls, ensuring accountability and transparency.
ㆍ Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior management, with insights on
campaign impact, funding utilization, and future opportunities.
ㆍ Continuously evaluate partnership contributions to sales, retention, and loyalty metrics.
Requirements:
Education
ㆍ Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (master's
degree preferred).
Experience:
ㆍ 3+ years of experience in financial partnerships, business development, or campaign
management, ideally within retail, banking, fintech, or FMCG sectors.
ㆍ Proven track record in negotiating high-value financial partnerships and managing co-
funded campaigns.
ㆍ Experience with loyalty programs, credit card ecosystems, and customer engagement
platforms is highly desirable.
