• Acquire and manage high-value sellers ; Recruit key accounts, top brands, and strategic sellers with high GMV potential
• Sales pitching and negotiation ; Present platform value propositions, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Mentor junior team members ; Provide coaching, best practices, and performance guidance to junior Seller Acquisition executives.
• Cross-functional collaboration ; Work with marketing, operations, and product teams to improve seller experience and acquisition efficiency.
• Data tracking and reporting ; analyze acquisition data and provide insights for improvement.
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills in Thai and English, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills with the ability to think strategically, logically, and proactively
• Proven experience in seller acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide, and support junior team members
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting (e.g., SUM, basic formulas, data tracking, and logging)
• Open-minded with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for achieving targets and driving team outcomes
