• Ensure successful project delivery with a strong focus on quality, schedule adherence, and resource planning.
• Take full ownership of technical and organizational decisions within the Layout & Piping discipline.
• Lead and empower a dynamic engineering team dedicated to Layout & Piping activities.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members, defining clear growth paths and fostering accountability.
• Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development across the team.
• Build and maintain a high-performing, expert, and sustainable engineering organization
• Over 15 years of strong expertise in piping engineering and more than 5 years of experience managing Layout and Piping departments, including layout design and planning, material selection, pipe supports, and flexibility/stress analysis.
• Strong experience in managing pipe classes and valves, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance, and high engineering standards.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage conflicts constructively and mentor team members to strengthen overall team capabilities.
• Proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and ability to build strong professional relationships.
• Fluency in English and Italian required.
