Mountain Community Health Partnership (MCHP) is seeking a full-time motivated and experienced Dental Site Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure an exceptional experience for our patients and staff. This position plays a key leadership role by supervising front office workflow, overseeing patient scheduling and registration, supporting dental providers, and helping maintain a smooth, efficient, and patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, supervise, and evaluate dental front desk and registration.
Oversee all dental registration, scheduling, insurance verification, sliding fee determinations, and on-site collections.
Create and manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing coverage.
Assist with coordination of schedules (dentists, hygienists, dental assistants).
Maintain efficient patient flow and minimize wait times in accordance with MCHP policies.
Collaborate with Medical, Billing, Finance, and Compliance to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate degree in Business Administration, Dental Assisting, or related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
Experience: Minimum four years of recent experience in a similar role, preferred. Knowledge of dental/medical terminology and workflow required. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
