We’re a dynamic, family-focused dental practice in South Barrie, and we’re growing! We’re on the lookout for an experienced Dental Office Administrator who thrives on connection, organization, and creating smooth, positive patient experiences from start to finish. We are excited to expand our office hours and need a strong administrator to assist us in doing so! If you are eager to find a team to grow with, look no further!

You’ll play an essential role in helping patients understand their treatment plans, navigate finances, and feel at ease during moments that can often feel overwhelming.

What You’ll Be Doing
This role is perfect for someone who loves both patient interaction and administrative precision. A typical day includes:
•
Sitting with patients to review treatment plans in a warm, clear, and confident way
•
Explaining financial responsibilities, payment plans, and insurance estimates
•
Preparing and submitting insurance claims and predeterminations
•
Checking patients in and out with care, accuracy, and professionalism
•
Working closely with the dentist to ensure treatment plans are accurate and up-to-date
•
Following up on outstanding treatment, scheduling next steps, and ensuring timely completion
•
Supporting collections and tracking patient financial agreements
•
Collaborating with the administrator to ensure the clinic runs smoothly

Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be a fantastic fit if you:

Have 2+ years of dental experience
•
Are confident discussing treatment plans, finances, and next steps with patients
•
Have a clinical background (an asset, not a must)
•
Are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
•
Communicate with warmth, clarity, and genuine care
•
Take pride in being the “glue” that keeps patient flow running smoothly
•
Are comfortable taking ownership and following through
Hours
•
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 2:00 pm - 7:30 pm
