Location: Tacoma, WA
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $120K to $140K per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Summary:
We are hiring a Dental Hygienist to provide preventive dental care, support patient oral health, and assist with day-to-day clinical flow in our dental office. This role includes cleanings, screenings, x-rays, charting, and patient education. You will help patients stay on top of their oral health while supporting the dentist with accurate clinical findings and treatment readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental cleanings and preventive hygiene procedures
• Take and review dental x-rays as needed
• Examine patients for signs of gum disease, tooth decay, and other oral health concerns
• Record patient histories, chart conditions, and update treatment notes
• Educate patients on brushing, flossing, and home care habits
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants when appropriate
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical space

Requirements:
• Degree from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Active Washington Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to take dental radiographs in accordance with state requirements
• Previous experience in a dental office preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting
