Position Responsibilities

As a Dental Hygiene Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Managing the dental hygiene recall system

Maintaining an efficient and productive hygiene schedule

Confirming hygiene appointments

Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments as needed

Updating patient records and documenting treatments and procedures

Preparing for and participating in daily morning huddles

Building strong, trusting relationships with patients

Assisting patients in understanding their dental coverage

Qualifications

Required: Dental Hygiene Coordinator and/or Dental Reception experience

Experience with Tracker and/or Dentrix is considered an asset

Strong communication skills with an empathetic, professional approach

Team-oriented, positive, and patient-focused
