Demo Solutions Specialist

Presales Technology Group – Presales Demo Solutions

Are you passionate about storytelling through software? Do you have a knack for building engaging, scalable demo environments that bring product value to life? Do you want to help shape how new technology enhancements are brought to market?

Anaplan’s Demo Solutions team sits within the Presales Technology Group and is responsible for creating, maintaining, and enabling world-class demos across the entire product portfolio. As a Demo Solutions Specialist, you'll blend creativity with technical skills to develop demo environments and automation that power our global go-to-market engine. You'll also own the tooling and infrastructure behind our demo automation strategy, helping scale presales coverage and accelerate buyer education at the earliest stages of the sales cycle.

Your Impact

• Own and maintain Anaplan’s demo library, ensuring core use cases are always up-to-date, performant, and impactful.

• Build and refresh demo models and applications for product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and field requests.

• Partner with Product, Applications, and Presales teams to translate product features into compelling demo flows and narratives.

• Design and manage demo automation infrastructure and tooling, enabling self-guided demo experiences that scale our presales reach.

• Package demos for global field enablement, including demo guides, how-to documentation, and technical setup instructions.

• Gather feedback from field teams and continually improve demo assets based on usability and customer resonance.

• Act as a key stakeholder in product GTM launches, contributing to demo strategy and readiness planning.

Your Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building enterprise software demos, applications, or business-facing tools.

• Strong storytelling instincts and ability to design demos that simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.

• Comfort working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales stakeholders to align demo content with go-to-market priorities.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing demo content, versions, and technical dependencies.

• Familiarity with core business functions such as finance, supply chain, or sales planning.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with demo creation platforms (e.g. Consensus, Reprise, Walnut, etc..)

• Experience with multimedia and video editing tools (e.g. Synthesia, Camtasia, imovie, Canva, etc…)

• Experience designing asynchronous or self-guided demo experiences to support early-stage buyer engagement.

• Familiarity with version control practices or asset management systems for demo content.

• Exposure to enterprise software sales cycles or presales enablement programs.
