• Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role, with a strong focus on Pastry and Bakery.
• Experience in bulk cooking is essential.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of pastry and bakery cooking techniques, ingredients, and regional specialties.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
• Fluency in English.
