• Assist in preparing pastries, desserts, breads, and baked products according to recipes and standards
• Measure, mix, bake, and decorate cakes, tarts, mousses, plated desserts, and specialty items
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry products
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP)
• Support mise en place preparation for daily service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Help in receiving and storing pastry ingredients properly
• Assist in developing new dessert ideas when required
• Diploma / Hotel School graduate
• Must have worked at least 2 years as a Demi Chef de Partie in Hotels and preferably with Luxury Brand Experience
• Fluent in spoken English
• Positive attitude and pleasant personality
• Knowledge of basic preparation, presentation and preservation of food
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures
