As our Demi Chef de Partie you will:

• Execute grill specialties with precision and artistry, showcasing your mastery of grilling techniques, temperature control, and flavor enhancement.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of Mediterranean-inspired dishes and grilled creations, ensuring impeccable quality, taste, and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu items, seasonal specials, and themed dining experiences that highlight the vibrant and diverse flavors of the Mediterranean.
