Are you an energetic and enthusiastic chef with a passion for creating unforgettable breakfast experiences? We’re looking for a (Demi) Chef de Partie to elevate our breakfast service in the stunning, historic Wintergarden — where mornings begin with elegance and flavour.

Your role in the journey

As (Demi) Chef de Partie – Breakfast, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality breakfast dishes that surprise and delight our guests. You’ll take ownership of your section, support your colleagues, and shine at our live cooking stations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating authentic luxury moments through exceptional breakfast offerings.
• Ensuring consistency in preparation, presentation and quality.
• Engaging with guests at live cooking stations and adding personal touches.
• Training team members on product knowledge and preparation techniques.
• Maintaining clean and organized workstations in line with hygiene and safety standards.
• Managing waste and breakage responsibly.

What you’ll bring

• Creativity, a hands-on mentality and eagerness to exceed expectations.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and health & safety standards.
• A strong passion for cooking and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain a structured approach.
• Awareness of current food trends and the ability to apply them.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow.
