Your role in the journey
As (Demi) Chef de Partie Bakery & Pastry, you’ll take ownership of our renowned pastry section, ensuring every creation meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your responsibilities include:
• Managing daily operations within the pastry section.
• Preparing and presenting desserts for all F&B outlets.
• Training and guiding team members in pastry techniques and standards.
• Maintaining hygiene and safety compliance across all stations.
• Applying modern pastry trends and creative ideas to delight our guests.
• Bachelor’s Degree or any culinary degree
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strongly committed to teamwork and customer service
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
