Job Description

Education and Experience:

 Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
 4-5 years of overall work experience with at least 2-3 years of ecommerce experience working with one or more commerce packages in web development (mobile websites and mobile applications a plus)
 At least 2 years of experience working with Demandware. Demandware certified is a plus.
 Front end development, backend development and integration experience with backend systems preferably with CRM and ERP.
 Social networking: the use of popular Social APIs is a plus
 Any experience working with process flows is a plus

Requirements:

• Mastery of ecommerce implementation specifically on Demandware platform
• Familiar with design software packages such as Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledge of database and data structures and associated SQL queries
• Very strong knowledge of HTML5 / CSS3 and have a great interest in the final design
• Creative with JS / jQuery in general
• Experience working with Responsive design
• Basic knowledge of Java/PHP/4GL (quickly navigate to a code, faultless and efficient encoding)
• Familiar with XML, JSON, UTF-8, logs, FTP, RSS, backups, web services and APIs
• Knowledge of Apache is a plus (DW runs on Apache server)
• Familiar with the use of frameworks (CSS/JavaScript)
