DEMAND & SUPPLY PLANNING SPECIALIST

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Demand & Supply Planner Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is critical in ensuring optimal inventory levels securing 100% stock availability, balancing demand and supply, and supporting business objectives. He/She will assist in creation and maintenance of the consensus 18 months rolling Forecast for Finished Goods and VISITS at multiple levels of aggregation, and utilizing insights from Sales, Marketing, and Finance The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain coordination

RESPONSABILITIES

• Support the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process for finished goods products and visit/POS items.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to analyze demand drivers, challenge assumptions, and conduct root cause analysis for forecast errors.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring alignment with supply plans and timely replenishment.
• Maintain and update relevant Master Data, supporting the MDG process.
• Provide analytical support for decision-making through data-driven insights and reports
• Goods movement entries in SAP/IDOCs resolution.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts while ensuring product quality and freshness.
• Support Month/Year end closing, execution and monitoring of periodical tasks

REQUIEREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Experience with SAP (MM-Material management/ IBP is a must
• Microsoft excel advanced experience.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering (preferred), Business or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish written and spoken
• Developed problem solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail
• Strong communications skills (verbal and in writing)
• Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment. Ability to multi-task essential.
• Proactive, empathetic, patient, positive attitude.
