MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop accurate demand forecasts across multiple time horizons and product levels;
Analyze historical sales trends and demand drivers to build and refine statistical models;
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align forecasts with business assumptions;
Maintain and utilize demand planning software as the primary forecasting tool;
Provide input to Supply Planning on inventory strategies for new, existing, and phased-out products;
Closely coordinate and communicate suppliers’ action plans with Supply Planning.
REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Logistics and Demand Planning department
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools;
Fluent communication skills in English;
Previous experience in production / manufacturing environments;
Strong background in forecasting stock, logistics, and warehouse operations;
Excellent stakeholder management skills;
High level of proactivity and strong communication skills.
