• Manage demand signals within ERP/planning systems to ensure alignment with supply planning.

S&OP Facilitation & Demand Governance

• Facilitate Demand S&OP meetings to ensure alignment between Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations.

• Prepare and present demand performance insights, risks, and action plans.

• Coordinate inputs for monthly S&OP cycles, ensuring data integrity and timely submissions.

• Document meeting outcomes, track actions, and drive accountability across stakeholders.

Demand & Inventory Performance Reporting

• Develop and maintain demand KPI reporting including:

• Forecast Accuracy (MAPE/Bias)

• Service Level performance

• Inventory coverage (Weeks of Supply)

• Excess and at-risk stock

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve demand quality and inventory outcomes.

• Communicate supply risks, demand changes, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

• Identify trends, root causes of forecast variance, and corrective actions.

Inventory & Replenishment Planning

• Manage inventory forecasts and replenishment plans across Jack Links factories and 3PL warehouses in Australia and New Zealand.

• Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal balance between service performance and inventory investment.

• Create and manage intercompany purchase and sales orders to support market supply requirements.

• Optimise intercompany container cargo to determine the best volume fit for order production.

• Perform export shipment verification and documentation validation.

• Manage domestic stock transfers and support reconciliation between ERP and 3PL systems.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline

• 2–5+ years’ experience in production planning and/or scheduling within manufacturing or FMCG

• Experience working with ERP systems (Business Central desirable).

• Practical experience using ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Pronto, or similar)

• High proficiency in Excel and reporting tools

• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic production environment

• Clear and confident communicator across shopfloor and office-based teams

• Organised, disciplined, and able to re-plan quickly under pressure

Who you Are:

• Detail-oriented with a disciplined and structured planning approach

• A strong collaborator who works effectively across supply chain and manufacturing teams

• Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities

• Confident working autonomously while contributing to team outcomes
