Demand Planning Executive

• Manage sales and demand planning activities to optimize stock and improve availability of the products.
• Be responsible for the demand planning process for central ordering products and suppliers.
• Determine accurate orders using systems and in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Evaluate all ordering criteria that affect demand planning process.
• Manage ordering actions which support the stock management process in stores.
• Be responsible for demand forecasting, analysis and reporting process.
• Use ordering and forecasting systems/tools actively and efficiently.
• Work on cross-functional projects with strong communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering).
• Minimum 2 years experience in central ordering management processes of stores, preferably in a related sector.
• Strong technical skills in order management systems and proficiency in MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Excellent command of Excel and experience in reporting processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Military service must be completed for male candidates.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.

METRO's Head Office follows a hybrid working model! We work remotely on Fridays, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere. Plus, each year, you can choose two additional weeks to work remotely on your own terms!
