What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and statistical methods.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align forecasts with business goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to meet customer demand.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies between supply and demand.
• Prepare and present forecast and inventory metrics to management.
• Continuously improve forecasting techniques, methods, and approaches.
• Utilize demand planning software and tools to enhance forecast accuracy.
• Conduct market analysis to understand demand drivers and assess forecast results.
• Categorize components on lead time and determine safety stock levels.

Requirements:
What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPIM or CSCP from APICS are highly regarded.
• Proven experience with demand planning software and statistical analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage complexities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• English & Dutch will be your working language. Other languages will be highly valuated.
