DEMAND PLANNER F/M/D

Responsibilities

Responsible to achieve agreed SFD, stock levels and CSL, monitors ICSL, SSL for the defined portfolio.
Continuously reviews the Sales/ Production forecast of defined portfolio of a country or a group of countries on short, mid and long term, in quantity and value.
Orders items from production sites, suppliers and co-packers, and follows up deliveries in order to fulfil the sales/ production plan in timing and quantities
Communicates, manages and solves actual and potential supply issues.
Maintains and periodically reviews planning master data in SAP and IPB to implement adequate forecasting model, replenishment and stock strategies.
Coordinates co-packing activities with main focus on availability, saving costs, production schedule and raw material replenishment .
Ensures the sales forecast input from other department is on time and accurate (promotions, launches, delisting) and prepares data for the bi-monthly reviews.
Continuously improves operational efficiency (process improvements, new SCM solutions, support to central tenders).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 1/2 years of experience in a Demand Planning role within a Consumer Goods or B2B environment
Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, IBP, and Business Intelligence tools is a strong plus
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills, comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
