This position is designed for a creative and results-driven individual who is passionate about driving demand, generating leads, and advancing the success of our marketing efforts.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective demand generation campaigns tailored to our strategic objectives. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align efforts, generate exceptional leads, and contribute to building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, implement, and manage comprehensive demand generation strategies that resonate with target audiences.
• Analyze performance data from campaigns and leverage insights to enhance future strategies and optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with sales teams to establish lead nurturing workflows and support lead conversion efforts.
• Research market trends, customer segments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Produce high-quality marketing content, including emails, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to manage campaigns effectively and monitor performance metrics.
• Stay informed of the latest trends in demand generation and digital marketing to ensure innovative approaches.

Requirements:
• Saudi National only.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing.
• Success in developing and implementing demand generation strategies in a B2B environment.
• Proficient with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on measuring campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC strategies, and content marketing.
• Self-motivated and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
