Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation & Campaign Management:
• Design and implement comprehensive demand generation campaigns to attract qualified leads and build pipeline.
• Oversee digital initiatives including SEO, paid media, email nurturing, and webinar programs.
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on pipeline development and conversion goals.
SEO & Website Enhancement:
• Lead the SEO strategy to enhance organic search visibility and rankings.
• Improve website and landing page performance for increased traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with content teams to develop an SEO-driven content approach.
Email Marketing:
• Manage multi-touch email campaigns leveraging marketing automation platforms.
• Oversee lead nurturing and retargeting initiatives.
Paid Acquisition:
• Direct paid advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Refine targeting, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
• Generate qualified traffic and support pipeline growth.
Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance across multiple channels.
• Track key metrics including MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, ROAS, and CPL.
• Continuously enhance campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Required Skills:
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in SEO, paid acquisition, and digital marketing channels.
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency with email marketing and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in performance measurement and reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Experience using SEO tools including Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.
• Experience collaborating with global teams and operating in international markets.
