Our team

The Delivery and Testing Platforms team is a team dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of software delivery and testing practices. Our focus extends from project inception to final release, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality software products. Recently, we have extended our services to Business teams, helping them to deliver project activities. Our toolset is mainly composed of Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, xRay & Tosca for testing automation.

Candidate Profile

The Jira Confluence expert will collaborate with others in a team environment to design and to develop robust end-to-end solutions around Delivery & Testing platforms. To deliver these solutions, the Jira Confluence expert will work with Product Owner and Scrum of Delivery & Testing Platforms to fulfill the end users requirements.

Role Description

• Transcript end-users requirements into technical solutions (Jira, Confluence, Jira Product discovery,.)

• Setup & maintain Jira Confluence template (work items, workflows, permissions, fields,.)

• Help administering the different Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery environments (all cloud) - user management, instance management, support level 2

• Maintain documentation & user guides of our solutions

• Management of plugins installed in our instance

• Monitoring of technological development around Atlassian products

Skills

• Proficiency in Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, Forge

• Proficiency in Atlassian cloud apps administration

• Knowledge about plugins like xRay, Comala Document Management is a bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Architecting, or related field preferred

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience
