Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as a Delivery Solution Architect (DSA) for the NICE program. Responsible for creating project documentation deliverables, is technical leader of the project including leading the technical transition from Sales to Services, PM technical advisor, supports regional, global and high-profile accounts and works directly with Sales, Product House and Service organizations to ensure the readiness of all the parties involved.

The Delivery Solution Architect (DSA) performs a wide range of duties including some or all the following:

• Ensure that customer business requirements are accurately captured, documented, communicated, and understood by professional engineer, consultants, business and technology management both internally at NICE and by customers
• Validates that the solution and configuration designed by SE/SA is correct and applicable.
• Identifies dependencies, risks and important milestones in the implementation phase, to ensure a successful and on-time delivery.
• Prepares the customer’s team, NICE team and the environment for the deployment process.
• Develop technical work plan and effort estimates including risk mitigation and contingencies
• Develops and handover the delivery plan to the PSE(s) and act as coach and mentor for PSEs
• Use best practice methods, quality standards, and guidelines on all project phases
• Assist Project Managers and mentor Professional Services Engineers as required to successfully deliver projects
• Developing Expertise in role, becoming familiar with at least one NICE Enterprise product
• Directed in several aspects of work. Relies on more experienced team members and mentoring, seeks professional guidance
• Competent in at least two NICE Enterprise products
• Provides Input to writing scope statements
• Provides estimates for work packages
• Develops assigned  project deliverables such as design and architecture documents specific to project
• Interacts with Customers and NICE project teams to deliver project objectives

• Degree in relevant field
• Experience implementing enterprise software in relevant vertical markets (e.g. financial services, telco), and/or Sales compensation experience with an ICM packaged solution
• Services/financial industry experience+
• Data analysis or reporting skills
• Outstanding customer-facing written and verbal communication skills
• Data Analysis experience preferred
• NICE products experience preferred

This is a Hybrid model position in Bogotá Sutherland's Facilities at Torre Krystal.
