Join us as a Delivery Service Manager and ensure we provide successful deliveries to our customers, every time.

A satisfying role

Leading a team of coordinators and administrators, you’ll proactively monitor deliveries and process any transactions affecting service levels. Managing a budget, you’ll work with transport teams to ensure successful deliveries to our customers and recommend service solutions based on daily tracking, trends analysis and the monitoring of data. Working to tight timeframes, you’ll constantly review service levels, support the development of performance improvement plans and identify any team member training needs.

What you bring to the mix

If you’ve experience leading, motivating, and coaching a team, you’ve got what it takes to be brilliant at Sysco. You’ll also need:

• to interpret live data and make decisions under pressure
• to know how to use data insights and trends to improve processes and drive high performance levels
• experience gained in an on-site warehouse and logistics setting
• to balance commercial decisions with operational requirements
• to be a clear communicator and promote a culture of two-way feedback.
