About the Role
This role is at the heart of Trendyol’s international growth strategy. We are looking for a key team member who will shape our global B2B logistics operations, optimize costs, and elevate our service quality in a fast-paced, dynamic, and data-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire lifecycle of Private Label inbound shipments from overseas origins and B2B inter-warehouse transfers from point of origin to final destination.
• Strategically manage and develop key logistics partners, including freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers.
• Monitor performance through periodic business reviews, and negotiate contracts and SLAs to optimize for cost and service quality.
• Lead all import and export customs clearance processes, proactively manage potential risks, and ensure all operations are in full compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct data-driven analysis of shipment costs, lead times, and service quality to identify bottlenecks. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and drive cost savings.

Expected Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or International Trade.
• A minimum of 3+ years of proven, hands-on experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or import/export operations.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is a must for reporting and data analysis.
• A proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership, who takes full accountability for the end-to-end process.
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with a data-driven, analytical mindset to drive effective problem-solving.
• Proven ability to remain calm and results-oriented under pressure, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• This position includes both specialist, senior specialist experience
