Job Description

ETHICS CODE is looking for a qualified Delivery Manager – GxP Software Services to join our team of experts. As the Delivery Manager, you will oversee the delivery of software services in compliance with Good Practice (GxP) guidelines, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest quality and regulatory standards within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. You will lead cross-functional teams through all project phases, from planning through execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of GxP software service delivery projects, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and regulatory compliance, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and effectively communicating project status and outcomes.
• Facilitate project meetings, documentation, and reporting, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of progress and challenges.
• Identify and resolve project challenges, promptly addressing any issues that arise to keep projects on track.
• Mentor and guide team members, promoting best practices in project management and GxP compliance.

Requirements:
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on software delivery in regulated environments, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and related industry standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, ISO).
• Proven track record of successfully managing software delivery projects, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
