Delivery manager- Airline

We are looking for a seasoned Airline Delivery Partner with experience in the aviation domain who has managed and delivered airline accounts. The role requires strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and P&L ownership within airline operations or airline technology services.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete delivery process for an annual portfolio valued at $15 million.
• Manage client relationships, governance, and handle escalations at senior management levels.
• Ensure strict compliance with SLAs and KPIs, maintain operational excellence, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Drive growth of accounts, manage renewals, and lead commercial negotiations.
• Take charge of the profit and loss (P&L) for the assigned portfolio.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams spanning operations, technology, and support departments.

Required Experience & Skills

• Background in the aviation or airline industry.
• In-depth understanding of airline operations, passenger services, revenue accounting, cargo handling, or airline IT systems.
• Preferred experience in managing projects related to application development, infrastructure, or mobile applications.
• Proven leadership capabilities, strong commercial insight, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global airlines is highly desirable.
