You might call yourself a Delivery Lead, Solution Architect, or simply someone who makes sure things actually work.

Your mission

Every great platform starts with a foundation — solid, structured, and scalable.
At Antire, that foundation is our growing NetSuite practice.
Now, we need someone to help strengthen it — refining how we deliver, ensuring quality, and building best practices that hold up even under pressure.

You’ll lead deliveries from concept to go-live.
You’ll shape methods, frameworks, and collaboration between teams — bridging functional experts, developers, and clients.
You’ll be the one making sure what we design is not just elegant on paper, but bulletproof in practice.

In short — you’ll help turn technology into something people can trust their business on.

Your role

You’ll take ownership of key projects from design to delivery — ensuring structure, quality, and flow.
You’ll guide teams through planning, risk assessment, and estimation, and ensure collaboration across disciplines like Finance, SCM, Project, and Subscription Management.
You’ll facilitate workshops, connect people across domains, and make sure the solution always fits the business — not the other way around.

And you’ll do it all with that mix of curiosity and calm confidence that only comes from experience.

Who you are

You’ve been in the trenches of ERP implementations — you know what delivery pressure feels like, and you’ve learned how to thrive in it.
You understand finance and operations, but your passion is execution: structure, flow, and getting things done.

We imagine you have:

• 7+ years of experience from ERP delivery, implementation, or transformation projects

• Experience as Delivery Lead, Solution Architect, or Senior Functional Consultant

• Solid understanding of financial processes — and curiosity for the rest (SCM, Projects, Subscription)

• The ability to build structure, method, and quality around people

• Strong communication and leadership skills across teams and stakeholders
