Delivery Lead Consultant (Capital Projects)

The Opportunity

JMW is expanding our team of Delivery Leaders.
Note: This is not an IT/technology position.

We Seek High-Impact Delivery Leaders with:

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in transformation or organizational change

• Expertise in large-scale organizational change and performance improvement

• Proven track record in delivering complex transformation engagements

• Strong program leadership and facilitation skills

• A minimum of a four-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (required); an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformations

• Background working with Fortune 500 organizations

• Capital project consulting experience

• Executive coaching and advisory experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact transformation programs

• Facilitate executive alignment sessions (25+ participants)

• Manage $1M+ engagement portfolios

• Bridge strategy and execution for maximum impact

Core Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (four-year) from an accredited university required; Master’s or MBA preferred

• Exceptional business and financial acumen

• Management consulting background (industry focus preferred)

• Ability to navigate complex global organizations

• Established C-suite credibility and executive presence

• Program management expertise and experience delivering large-scale initiatives

• History of long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships

• Ability to drive cultural and behavioral change in large organizations

• Entrepreneurial yet collaborative approach to consulting

• Proven large-group facilitation abilities

• Commitment to continuous learning and client success

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Willingness to travel 50%+
