Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Excellence Leader with over 20 years of expertise in IT service delivery, process optimization, and quality management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, operational excellence, and industry-standard frameworks such as Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, and CMMI. This role will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, enhancing delivery processes, and ensuring compliance with global quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Lead the design and implementation of automated, scalable delivery processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
• Quality Management: Establish and maintain robust quality frameworks aligned with CMMI, ISO 9001, and ITIL standards to ensure consistent service excellence.
• Automation & AI Integration: Drive automation initiatives leveraging AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, and digital transformation to streamline operations and minimize manual effort.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and clients to identify process inefficiencies, implement improvements, and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and mentorship to teams on best practices in delivery excellence, quality management, and process transformation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 20+ years in IT service delivery, quality management, and process transformation.
• Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.
• Methodologies: Deep expertise in CMMI, ISO 9001, ITIL, Agile, and Lean frameworks.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with process automation tools, AI-driven analytics, and digital transformation technologies.
• Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive change, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
